Review: Unethical Management Practices
I have had a deeply disappointing experience with the management at this company. It seems that if certain individuals are not liked by upper management, they become targets for unfair treatment. Rather than addressing any issues professionally, management allegedly instructs managers to harass these employees, making their work environment intolerable. This appears to be a deliberate strategy to force people out of their jobs.
This toxic culture not only undermines morale but also creates a hostile work environment where employees feel undervalued and insecure. It’s disheartening to see such practices in place, as it damages both the individuals involved and the overall team dynamic.
I strongly urge the company to reevaluate its management practices and foster a more supportive and respectful workplace. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this company as a positive place to work.
