I’ve been working at Welcome Pickups for about two months, and my experience so far has been very positive. The onboarding process was well organized, and my colleagues have been welcoming, supportive, and always willing to help. The work environment is collaborative, and there are opportunities to learn and develop new skills. As I’m still relatively new, I’m continuing to learn the role, but so far the experience has exceed my expectations.
