Small family like company. Everyone hear is very friendly and easy to work with. Easy to get time off for vacation and PTO. The working environment is great-lots of free lunches!

If you’re a self starter who is willing to work hard, this is a great place to start your sales career. It’s a small company, so if you prove yourself, it won’t be long before you’re assigned to big accounts and sitting across the table from Fortune 500 procurement & engineering managers around the globe.

Virtually no onboarding process. Very much a sink or swim culture. No one will hold your hand—you have to be completely accountable for your own success. Since it’s a small company, you may be asked to do things that are outside of your job description, like help out in the warehouse or clean the coffee maker.
