Welfont is extremely fast growing and for a entrepreneurial spirit like myself there is nothing more I could ask for. It is not always easy breaking new ground but it sure is exciting. Opportunity is here for those that want to work for it.
That being said, I have also experienced great work life balance here. The hours are normal, the benefits are good, I rarely go home stressed out or worried about bringing home work. Overall I'm proud to work with a family of people who believe in doing well by doing good.
