The team is super friendly and welcoming. I have always felt valued and respected since day 1, which was not something I experienced at other companies I've worked for. Although we are remote, you can feel that the culture is relaxed, professional, and fun! So happy to be apart of this company!

As a new hire, I have no cons thus far and don't expect to.

- Lots of wellness perks incorporated into daily work life -- office yoga, studio workouts, events like Kombucha happy hours, etc. - Team is really nice, everyone is constantly thanking and calling out others' good work - Fast growing -- been great to see the inner workings of a company growing this fast

- As a digital media company, it suffers from a lot of industry wide issues like last minute RFPs or super tight turnaround times on campaigns, for example - Could use some more diversity on gender and age -- right now almost entirely young, millennial women
