Lack of support and communication - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso WellSpan Health

Years ago when I was overwhelmed at work, I was able to communicate with my manager and they would listen and support me . That was "Working as one". Now it's "You are the one to do what we tell you" At one time it was Heathcare, now it's Wealthcare! They don't care about you being overwhelmed, short staffed, and your overall mental health. It's all about the numbers, and lining their pockets with money. HR is a joke. They are very condensending. They do not stand up for employees. The sad thing is that I've loved my career, but I'm happy to no longer work for this company. Stay away from any job at Wellspan
