- Horrible communication from corporate, belittled staff and management - VERY difficult to get your full payout. They make excuses as to why a sale was not completed, and blame staff. Even when it was their own error. (example; proof of address for sale sent to corporate, they claim they never received it, sent copy with time stamp of when it was last sent, still blames staff and does not give credit for sale in period needed for bonus). - no work life balance - Corporate figures are all stubborn dinosaurs. Take no feedback and not willing to change. Makes sense why clubs like Lifetime & Equinox are running them out of business.
