The culture in the branches is not the same as the vision at the top. Feels like we lost sight of the mission. Sales trumps anything else.

Leadership lacks the vision to retain the talent they claim to want. ​The RTO Bait-and-Switch: The credit union recruits top-tier Houston talent only to "pull the rug out" with rigid RTO mandates, ignoring the flexibility modern professionals require. ​Stagnation & Nepotism: Promotions are rare for internal high-performers. Leadership frequently hires less-qualified external candidates based on personal relationships rather than merit. ​Retention Crisis: Constant churn across all departments is a direct reflection of a culture that doesn't value or provide opportunity for its staff.
