- Everything is great in NTO and that quickly changes once you’re in your role. - Top heavy organization with too many VPs - Young leadership - Cliquey - Favoritism - They offer hybrid for back office roles with three mandatory days in office but they really prefer you go into the office 5 days a week. HR won’t disclose anything around hybrid work during the hiring process and will refer you to the hiring manager. - Your time will be maximized on the days you work from home. - There is no sick leave. - Eating at your desk and not taking a lunch break is an unspoken expectation. - As an employee you’re required to share your account numbers as well as those of your family members. - You’ll accrue a little over a day of PTO a month so don’t expect to take a vacation for a while. - You have to notify not only your manager but the entire team for every single little hour you won’t be available. - Healthcare benefits are costly for families. - Anonymous surveys are not anonymous.

There are a select few really good leaders. Believe the overall vision of the company is good.

The culture in the branches is not the same as the vision at the top. Feels like we lost sight of the mission. Sales trumps anything else.
