Very smart and high integrity people across departments. Benefits are decent with profit sharing and bonus (as long as the firm is having a good year). Now business casual (unless you're meeting with clients) post-COVID. Work/life balance can be decent if you have a good manager (there are definitely good managers, but its probably 50/50 across functions).

Where do I start. Culture is a cult and no longer exists - if you are looking to work here and culture is the deciding factor, please reconsider. On the day to day, the individuals I worked with across departments were great and tried to perpetuate the culture where they can but unfortunately senior leadership is undermining any remaining shred of the "Wellington Culture." Mismanagement has lead to all-time low in morale and the recent RIF (layoffs) will be the final nail in the coffin for those of us left. Player/coach management model doesn't work and there are too many senior department heads who play the game to be promoted vs. having the correct skills to lead/positively change departments. If you are not an investor or a salesperson, you'll be ignored and underpaid.
