There is no need of educated people in this company..Every department have one or two educated people who are from technical background rest are just 12th or 10th..Even if you are a Btech you will not get a good salary and you have to work for 12 hours..can u imagine ho much long hourals they want u to spend there..overall please don't join this i am telling u all this from my own personal experience..
