Sales culture is purely on making sales, regardless of whether the information shared is accurate or responsible. Some salespeople do not sell based on real facts, and instead exaggerate, make questionable claims, or even say things that are simply not true just to close deals. It creates a very uncomfortable environment if you value honesty and professionalism in your work.

These efforts help employees feel heard and show that the company is genuinely working towards building a better and more supportive workplace culture. 5. No single approach can satisfy everyone, but overall, from my perspective, the company is moving towards a more professional way of working.

1. Too many noises & always pull handbrake. Management could be more aligned on the company's direction and key decisions. Be firm on what've been decided and aligned. 2. Better cross-functional collaboration and alignment between departments would improve execution. HOD should lead by examples. 3. Some HOD/managers could be more involved in supporting and mentoring the teams rather than taking a hands-off management approach. Career development and growth opportunities could be made clearer for employees.
