- Interview was easy and the interviewer was very kind - The trainer was solid and was always there to help even after classes - It was pretty easy to get the job if you really need something give it a shot it might work out for you and perhaps the cons I listed aren't a problem for you

Kind of feels like you are micro managed for example harmless comments about weekend plans to pass time during pauses in meetings would be shut down, Some people just want to fill dead air politely and I never thought it was an issue but the management gave me weird energy. I think it's typical in call centers but it felt heightened here. You get back to back calls during your shift. Breaks are heavily monitored.
