      The benefits are good, and when the economy is good there are lots of little bonuses and parties thrown for employees.

      Currently there is no room for growth. The current economy has completed stopped the growth within the Corporate Trust divison of Wells Fargo. The management has made questionable decisions about it's expectations for future business. When there was rapid growth from 2004-2006 the hiring standards were lowered in order to get people in the company to run the new business. This has allowed for a number of employees of questionable quality.

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
