The overall benefits package is very competitive. Wells Fargo is a well-run organization and it's easy to be proud to work for a company that is led by the types of people that are in senior management. Furthermore, the company has the resources, product lines, etc. to provide virtually all the financial solutions a customer would need, which I feel gives it a competitive advantage over many other banks, which gives me little desire to work for someone else in the field I'm in.
