1. Racial Discrimination - If you come from North, India and work in South(Hyderabad) you will face racial discrimination. Manager will highlight your mistakes and will hide mistakes of guys of his community. Very biased managers. 2. In all the Display screens it is mentioned to use English language but despite that even in official meetings they will use Telugu language irrespective of the fact you are not understanding. You have to point them out to speak in English 3. Manger will create a mail trail not to help you with issues but take it as points to fire you. 4. The HR will have a meeting just for name sake and will support only Manager. They will not listen to you. Only dummies.
