Good advancement opportunities, good benefits, good pay, performance based promotions and pay. A lot of incentives, contests, etc., and management is pretty structured. They will do a great job of training you and give you the skills you need to do your job and do it well. They give you a lot of tools to make sales, such as a good prospecting system.

It is apparent that they care little about you as an employee. Supervisors and management tend to be very conniving, and they can see you as just a set of numbers.. your sales numbers. Sometimes sales expectations can be a bit unrealistic because so many people cheat the system. If you're honest, it is hard to exceed sales goals.

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
