Firm generally pays below market rates & raises are below inflation. 3) tech systems are archaic & channels are overly bureaucratic. (Takes months for compliance approvals, 4 weeks for website access for primary job function) 4) Upper management is more interested in cutting costs to get their bonuses than well being of employees or providing living wage 5) Investment management division is disorganized & a “follower”. Competitors far more innovative.
