Great benefits with plenty of PTO for a nice work/life balance. There is a lot of room for advancement within the company and management tries to do a good job of helping with a career path for you. For the most part I really enjoy the customer service aspect of my job and love problem solving.

Svantaggi

Retail banking is very sales oriented and management puts heavy pressure on meeting sales goals. The pay is average at best, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses.

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
