The pay is decent - the bonuses are very nice. I got plenty of time off and vacation, but sometimes it's difficult to get it scheduled. Benefits are good - although healthcare deductible is very high. In my particular department, my manager was indeed a working manager. I don;'t know how she did it - when there was a problem she'd be on it all the time.

Depending on which department you work on or which product you support, you can have a great experience or an extremely poor experience. When you find yourself in a group with a poor experience, you're stuck. Too many meetings - feel like I'm being micro-managed
