Retail branches are run by middle management that have no idea what actually happens on the front lines. Management treat team members like machines. You are not a human being when employed by WF. MICRO-MANAGEMENT like you would not believe. Bankers have to submit an hourly schedule of their day and report on each activity completed during each hour of the day.
