Wells Fargo has great branding and a great reputation. The Pros for my position were flexible work hours, teleworking as needed, and I had the technology and tools to perform my job. I had a great team of people although toward the end it got top heavy with too many managers and not enough change and improvement.

Too big to really get a feel for all lines of business. You'd think that there would be a lot of opportunity to move and advance, but there isn't. At least not in the IT / Infosec world. Didn't feel like there was a career path for me. All the internal job postings are a waste of time because the hiring manager already has someone they know in mind.
