Management is very arrogant and constantly flirts with workers, they force you to stay to do overtime and notifies us 5 minutes before our shift is over. Night Shift Manager constantly talks down to us and makes us recite our workflow in meetings like children. We are forced to work holidays. No bonus, no incentives just constantly yelling about errors but pressure us to finish, so yea there we’ll be errors, no work life balance management purposely denies PTO and brags about being arrogant. I never worked for a company that’s horrible and does not care about their employees
