The ability to gain a wide base of knowledge regarding banking and financial business. Large company that provides several different career paths. The potential to earn good bonuses.

The company's culture is completely contradictory to the companies Mission Statement. High stress sales environment. Ethically questionable work environment. You will be expected to push products that may not be in the best financial interests of the client. Management will turn a cheek to unethical sales and sales manipulation tactics because it benefits them. The incentive goals are extremely difficult to hit. Low pay in general. The only recognition you receive is regarding sales. Any other work is irrelevant.

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
