      - There are a lot of very talented people that work here. - A lot of folks have been here a long time and do a good job. - 20 days of paid time off and good benefits within the first year. - Lots of internal resources, training options and offer vouchers for trainings from Google and Microsoft. - People are usually pretty professional in interactions.

      - What you may experience varies greatly from team to team. - Can be very disorganized. - Pay is not as high as peers at other organizations. - Slow with lots of red tape and separation of duties. - I am personally not a big fan of stereotypical corporate culture. They are typically pretty professional in interactions though.

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
