Their "competitive" salary isn't worth the stress of calls in queue everyday. It could be less stressful if they truly value work-life balance, but they don't. Very selective inclusivity to the "balance" that they are talking about. Town halls are for frontline employees not for Supervisors and Managers. Apply somewhere else with way higher salary if you want to take in 80-100 calls for 7.5 hours!

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
