Managers are all mediocre Leadership is weak and spineless. Uday Odera sounds like friendly guy but he doesn't like anyone to say opposite him. He head is new and also weak. Full HR team sit in Bangalore and don't help anyone and only think about their jobs. Young people leave soon or should otherwise they are unemployable. Food in cafeteria is very bad and oily and culture is very boring and full. Now asset cap lifted and CEO announced 2000 dollars award for all employees but HR head announced only for India it's of 500 dollars. What a joke. That too after three years.
