Benefits. Very attractive benefit package. Currently working 25 hours yet I'm still receiving benefits. I've been retired, but with the cost of health benefits this is a great place to work part time and still have benefits. I have been thinking about moving to washinton mutual because I've been told they have really good benefits there too. If you've heard that let me know. I would also say that Wells Fargo has the really good computer programs they are easy to use and unlike other banks i've worked at these systems are easy to learn.
