Working at Wellspring is a great learning experience. Management is always on the lookout for innovative state of the art approaches to the profession. They are very open to new approaches. They are flexible in the sources for ideas and are willing to adapt successful tools from other disciplines. Wellspring will devote substantial resources to develop a new product. They are very forthright and very client oriented. The client always comes first. There is no resource that they will not expend to deliver a top product at a fair price.

The ownership is concentrated with the two founders of Wellspring. So, equity participation is not available.
