-Because it produces really great content, the staff really believes in the brand and can go rogue to do cool activations.... mostly because management has no idea what it's doing. -Colleagues are usually are talented and skilled, which is great, because otherwise this company would've sunk a lot earlier. -Colleagues are also really nice, you bond over how much you hate it here. -Opportunity for ownership and responsibility, because there is so much turnover and layoffs that you usually end up doing more than job description. -Work stays at work for the most part, rare late nights, which is great because most people end up wanting to leave this place.

You don't realize how bad it is until you leave.
