Most of the project managers are good people, and friendly. But sometimes, they lose their marbles at small things too. The pay is a little better than most other small companies. You will have great colleagues. Friendly, fun and responsive and sometimes helpful. You will become an expert at your job if you try hard enough, and they make sure that you do.

The lab manager and supervisor are no fun. They are serious, and sometimes extremely rude.They need some management lessons. They have been working in one company all their life and don't know how to treat employees and aren't familiar how to take the most of a good worker. The pay for out of town job is the same for the pay at lab or in town jobs, which is ridiculous. For the work that they get out of the technicians, I believe the pay must be much higher. There are companies, more popular, with better pay.
