It actually ends up being very painful in the end when you inevitably can’t put up with the BS from management and you have to quit to maintain your own sanity.

We're listening and we're working - all the time - to do the right thing. We've implemented a new culture project team to do even more. And, one of the things we know we need to do is increase our ability to get better, more timely feedback in a variety of formats from team members across the organization. We're working on it. And we appreciate the feedback that has allowed us to "get real" about what we need to do differently and better.

Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
