Thank you for recognizing our mission and our residents as positives. Our mission drives everything we do and motivates us to provide life-changing programming to those we serve. We are grateful to the residents, clients, and families who have placed their trust in us for 72 years! Stronger retention rates are always a goal. We are proud that we are headed in the right direction. Our expectations are high, and sometimes team members simply are not a fit and decide to seek an opportunity that better meets their needs and goals. With regard to our time-off policy, we made changes three years ago to address those practices, and the changes opened up significant flexibility and generous time off for many individuals – not only for their own needs, but to facilitate their being away from work for family members who may need their support as well. Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
