Very accommodating to your scheduling needs. Promotes growth and learning opportunities within the company as well as supporting personal and professional growth outside the company. Great nursing management team. Honest, open, able to speak freely.

A lot of work that can and should be done by the CNAs are actually pushed onto the nurse to complete, making time management for certain cares difficult. A couple nurses only have standard LTC knowledge and have let the other information slip away over time as well as a lack of desire to keep updated on ever changing standard protocols.

Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
