The Patients is what kept me going

Management and scheduling had no clue what they were doing and were very rude. Patients were always complaining that nobody was coming to help them or getting the care they were paying for.

You didn't offer specifics about which of our communities or service lines you worked for; as you know, we have many, so it's not possible for us to respond to your concerns in a way that would bring about any kind of resolution. Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
