The Network Support Center spends a significant amount of time with new leaders, but we can always do more. Leadership retention is a key priority for us in 2016 - we want to be a great place for persons working in all types of positions at WesleyLife. We also want to ensure that we consistently have the best leaders in the right seats at all times so selecting (and retaining) the right people in key seats continues to be a priority.
