The culture and management are all awesome, and working there was always a joy. I miss everyone I worked with. As an entry level employee, there's a lot to learn and you can work with a large array of technologies to gain experience. There is a lot of support to learn and grow early on. The company is doing well and will no doubt continue to grow.

The pay isn't the best. This place is great to learn as an entry level employee, but you have to leave to continue your career and to get a significant pay bump.

Good way to gain experience

Pay is extremely low, expect to train on new things constantly if you want to be considered for a raise that’s just pennies more an hour. Owner and CEO pretend to care, but will force you out the second you have an opinion different than them. Lots of favoritism, so if you can play their games well you will be set.
