The two founders pretend to be knowledgeable, caring, respectful individuals to their clients and employees . When the chips are down however, they make it abundantly clear they have very little leadership ability of any kind and only care about themselves and their precious company. Instead of listening to their employees or clients, they do whatever they think is best which is generally the exact opposite of what should be done. They've wasted vast sums of money on their Origo brands with virtually no success in actually selling the products. When presented with a difficult situation they need to adapt to work through, they always choose the easiest option which is often to chase that employee out the door unceremoniously, often with no warning whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from WES and Origo as you can in every capacity. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would, truly abhorrent leadership.

Laid back new office, casual attire, good PTO plans, decent hours with flexibility to show up early and leave early or vice versa.

Employees & managers can be very rude, they lack common business etiquette. You'll ask someone a question in person and some people won't respond or just walk away even though they heard you. Some of the salesmen are prima donnas and managers don't coach them or step up when they're out of line. They don't have enough employees so people are drowning but management expects perfection with little to no support. Doesn't feel like your managers have your back.
