Even while being thousands of miles away from headquarters, Whatnot's culture and processes make it truly feel like you are right there with the rest of the team, regardless of physical location. It's great to be employed by a company that values the person and their work ethic, while not requiring you to upheave your personal life just to be close to HQ. Company culture is amazing! It truly feels like we are part of something groundbreaking and revolutionary. My thoughts feel hard and my work feels impactful.
