Very inspiring to be enabling small business owners to make their dreams come true. The massive focus on value driven work is a huge selling point for me, I feel like my values are aligned with the stated values of the company and we are all expected to strive for them.

Can be exhausting at times since the work is never done. Not having dedicated QA can be draining since engineers need to mitigate and manage every step of bug reporting including routing or attempting to duplicate issues.
