Bosses regularly don’t show up, and the “company requirement” is for everyone to work in the office. Management has no touch with reality and senior leadership is even farther removed. When bosses do show up, they keep their office doors closed and hardly interact with us “low level employees”. Management treats everyone as a number and sets all these rules to show off to investors about is being in office but your lucky to see anyone with the word “Chief” in their title more than once a month. Some managers are even worse, having an office space but most have never seen it been used.
