HR does their best to keep up the spirits of this dying company. Most everyone below the C-suite is genuinely nice. Office location is outstanding.

Executive leadership nonexistent, no plan for profitability. Dead-end technology, quite possibly the worst CTO ever. No employee training.

Some of the best reason working for Whitefence is the business model makes since. WhiteFence is a one stop shop to connect all your home service including phone, internet, and cable services. WhiteFence was founded in March of 2000 with the idea of making the moving process as non stressful as possible. This company has good people working at their company but do to economic times they had to release some employees. Along with working with talented and smart professionals the pay compensation was pretty good as well. The inside sales manager salary range was between 50 to 60,000 per year.
