I honestly want to thank all of the negative comments that I have read on here, thank you for declining the opportunity because you truly didn’t understand it. Everyone who works at Whitewater Innovations is the most positive and ambitious individuals I have had the opportunity and honor to work with. This is the most motivated company I have ever worked with. They are always pushing forward together. Everyone sincerely cares about the growth of each other and the company itself. I have not had a day go by that I did not learn something new. My favorite thing of all is that there is no "Seniority", this company rewards hard work. if you meet your goals, you get promoted. You get exactly what you earn, which is the main reason why everyone is so motivated to keep growing. I am honestly in awe that an opportunity like this exist. This is a very competitive environment, so if you like sports this is the place for you. If you are obsessed with growing, obsessed with success, obsessed with seeing results that YOU produced, achieving your goals and being rewarded for it. Having family away from family. (seriously, here it is not just 'coworkers', this is a big sports team playing to win) you meet amazing people from day to day. No single day here is the same. if this excites you, made your little heart jump a little, then this is the place for you.

This job is not made for everyone, you have to have a certain type of mentality to be able to succeed in a place like this. This is not a "9-5" type of job, this job is made for those who are looking to improve themselves personally, and professionally. you honestly have to dedicate yourself, not to the company.. But be dedicated to improving yourself each and every day. if you are lazy, don't have work ethic then this isn’t the career for you.

None at all don't let the friendly "CEO" fool you. There is no benefit to working at this company other than learning what a business you don't want to be associated with on any level looks like.

You will be told you are receiving paid management training to become a part of what they call a marketing firm. In reality you are just being groomed to go door to door selling at&t products to random people in neighborhoods outside of Ft Lauderdale. Their is no base compensation, no benefits whatsoever and no HR department to settle disputes with. There isn't even a company accountant (major red flag). The structure is comprised of one "CEO", two team managers, and a receptionist. This business is pyramid scheme. They make you feel as though you are something special and that you are gonna be part of a one of a kind business generating lots of income and they lure you in with "paid training" and "signing bonuses." When you actually start though you'll be quick to learn that none of it is real. Get out now, there are many better options within the same field and in the same area of FL offering base salary+commission along with full benefits.
