People are great, and really care for all employees

Have not seen any cons yet.

They have a lot of work in front of them. For Arkansas they pay well

Egos get in the way far too much here. Leadership team makes quick decisions then goes back and makes changes after changes , often seeming like they are not sure what they’re doing.
