This company is filled with staff members who are willing to work together to help each other. It has a very friendly "team-player" atmosphere.
It is very hard to get fired at this workplace. They are very forgiving for things for which most companies would throw you out on your ear. As long as you do a good job, you'll be alright.
This company has some very prestigious customers. In most cases, they are the only supplier that can give the customer what they need for a decent price.

The company is struggling, financially....but these days, what company isn't? It is easy to get downsized out, as it is anywhere.
As with most companies, communication could use a little work, but it's still a lot better than all the other places I've been employed.
Sometimes the Blame Game can get in the way of teamwork, there. The company could use a team-player workshop, now and then.
