      I had a very disappointing experience working at Wizr. Employees are regularly expected to work overtime without proper compensation. Promised bonuses were not paid, The company offers little to no work-life balance, making it difficult to maintain a healthy personal life. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and supportive workplace. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves its treatment of employees.

      The company is led by a top-tier visionary. He also finds solutions to issues no matter the complexity. He is very inquisitive, driven, and highly focused on KPI indicators for the company.

      - Co-founder extremely friendly and a joy to work with - Snacks -Basic Tech Benefits (Health, Dental, etc)

      - No clear goals or direction - Project pivots every 2 to 3 months - Lack of appropriate management - No testing - Work isn't organized into sprints, no PMs - Engineers don't have a say in what should or shouldn't be implemented: leadership says, leadership gets - Fellow engineers are extremely immature, women would not feel welcome here - No overtime pay, but expected long hours because "startup"
