"Two Thums Up" - Recensione dipendente - HR-Executive presso Wide Vision Technologies

I am supposed to write 20 words here otherwise would have written "Absolutely nothing". Because the title 'pros' should not be present for this company. So, pros? Absolutely NOTHING. PERIOD.

1. No salary is given to the employees. No, you wont get it even if you beg for it. Be ready to get insulted if you ask for it. 2. Brainless policies. 3. Not even a single paid leave. Anyways they dont pay you even if you are coming to office, like i said above no salary. 4. A single dirty washroom for ladies as well as for gents. 5. If an employee has left the company and comes asking for the salary, is treated like a door mat and is supposed to wait for endless hours just to hear their , "no" and nonsense excuses. 6. The CEO treats employees like a doormat. 7. 2 years bond for freshers and they take original certificates. If the bond is broken, be ready to pay them some huge amount. I can go on and on and on..but these people are not worth my time.

NO PROJECT for past 6-7 months....you are free to do rubbish work and can enjoy whole time if you have setting with HR team.

-No salary -Too much politics -No projects, freshers time is spoiling. Company engage them in doing useless work. -Management has serious ego problem. When we talk about salary they start giving us warning mails. -This company is like a school, hr team instruct us to not speak with colleagues, sit straight etc useless instructions. -6-7 hr persons in company of 30. Every hr plays a diplomatic role and not interested to give you salary. -Director is not technically at all. He gives rubbish time quotation to client and make us sit late night. He quotes 5 months job 5 days and blame development team that they are not doing anything. He USES employees for personal work and very badly.
