Vantaggi

The people are the best part. My boss is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and readily available to help if I ever need coaching or assistance. My teammates are fun and motivated. Their commision structure is generous for the industry, from what I understand. They offer 3 weeks paid vacation and 401K matching.

Svantaggi

I supposed its the same as other agencies. Sometimes I can put a lot of work into filling a role for a client and then it ends up losing funding. Also, being an agency recruiter my income fluctuates but I don't think that's specific to WideNet. That's all recruiting firms that use a commission structure.

Vantaggi

As a contractor, felt like benefits and flexibility were fair. Company was transparent in changes in benefits. Onboarding was smooth. Available for questions any time things came up on project.

Svantaggi

Had more insight/info with client vs. Widenet which can be normal with different groups.

Vantaggi

It's better than collecting unemployment

Svantaggi

- Recruiters violate WA state law by not divulging pay ranges, instead continuously dodging the question and asking "what are you looking for" - Submitted my pay requirements to their client incorrectly, then refused to fix - Never return calls when specifically asked to escalate employment or pay matters internally - Claim that WA state sick leave is paid by their client. It is not, is paid by the company (WideNet) - No PTO - No paid holidays - None of this was disclosed to me at the outset - Recruiters and Account Managers will simply lie to your face and expect you to thank them and ask for more
