Good for start - Recensione dipendente - Software Trainee presso WideVision Technologies

I have been working with WideVision Technologies since last 3 years now. Few things that I like the most working in the Business Development Team: - Unlimited Incentives as promised while they hired me. - People centric company. - Above average salary. You get increment even in 3 months if you perform better then expected. - The management values their team and then the clients. - The management is always open to suggestions. - They always upgrade themselves technology wise and give us training as and when required. - They have given us free hand if we want to try something new. They listen to suggestions and work with us together. - The CEO and all of us are treated equally. I never felt that I am an employee of this company. They make you feel as if this is your company. So, we all go an extra mile to get new businesses.

I can't think of any cons.

*HR team is ridiculous *No job security *Allowance not given to night shift employees *No proper management *Salary issues *Funding Issues *Fake people *No perks no incentives *Claims to be software company but there are several loop holes in their own payroll software *No future growth *Bond which is totally illegal *Salary is given after 20th of every month *Cons cons only cons are there
