Wild Card has a culture problem. I wish I had read Glassdoor before accepting a position with them. Management talks down to employees and treats you in a dehumanizing manner. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally before and based on other reviews this is not uncommon. Although there are many intelligent employees, it is obvious that most would prefer to work at larger name companies. (Think: Netflix, Disney] But they can't. It isn't their ability that's holding them back, it's a lack of manners and social graces. Poor communication, rudeness, and insecurity are common amongst management. They're okay at what they do -- but not the best.
